Iranian Qari Welcomed by Fellow-Citizens after Finishing Runner-Up in Malaysia Quran Contest
TEHRAN (IQNA) – Iran’s representative in Malaysia’s 60th international Quran competition was welcomed by his fellow-citizens in Mashhad, northeast Iran, upon returning home on Sunday.
Mokhtar Dehqan, who won the second prize in the competition on Saturday, returned to Iran on Sunday morning.
